Massage Policies & Ethics

I follow a Code of Ethics.

Time

• Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time

• Sessions begun late due to the client arriving late, end at appointed time and are full price

• First appointments please allow an extra 15 minutes for your appt.

• Sessions include 5 minutes for dressing

Expectations for Clients

• Be clean when you arrive

• Inform therapist of any medical problems or changes

• Be present and not under the influence of alcohol or drugs

• No smoking allowed on premises

Children age 16 and under

• Adult guardian required in close proximity at time of massage session

Children accompanying adults for adult massage is not recommended

Client Confidentiality

• Confidentiality is Strictly Enforced

• Clients are draped with a sheet or towel at all times during the session

• Only the parts of the body being worked on are exposed at any time

• Genitals are never exposed or massaged

Payment

• Payment due at time of service

• Missed appointments are charged full price

(exceptions:  illness, funerals, extenuating circumstances)

• 24 hour cancellation policy

(you may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours in advance without charge)

Fees

• Half hour – $30

• Full Hour – $55

• 75 minutes – $68
